Pay for the agents you actually have
Each tier is an ICTContact Service Provider licence for that many agents, used straight from ICTERP. Running a single business rather than reselling? The ICTContact Enterprise licence starts at $399 once for 5 agents, $499 for 10, $999 for 50, $1,599 for 100 and $2,999 for 200.

Phone lines and call minutes come from your carrier and aren’t part of these prices.
Billing terms for subscriptions
Yearly support for owned licences
$1,600 a year per server. It covers ICT Monitor watching the server every minute, updates to the ICTERP add-ons, help through our ticket desk, and the yearly move to the next Odoo Community version. It’s optional, and you can add it at any time.
Website live chat, on the right customer
ICTDesk is our live chat with an AI assistant. ICTERP files every chat under the matching contact and lead. ICTDesk is billed on its own plan.

Owning versus subscribing
Subscription

Owned licence
- One payment per server, from $2,400
- No licence checks at all

- Best when you plan to keep a server running for years
Is ICTERP really free?
The Community edition is. Its modules are open source under the LGPL-3 and on GitHub, and you can run them on your own server at no cost. If you want us to install it for you, Community setup is $800 once. Enterprise adds your brand, support and upgrades, and ICTContact, ICTCRM or ICTDesk add-ons.
What is the difference between Community and Enterprise?
The code is the same. Enterprise adds setup in your brand, support, ICT Monitor, the yearly upgrade, and our communication add-ons connected for you. Community users get help through GitHub issues.
Is the price per customer or per server?
Per server. Each ICTERP server carries its own licence, and the calling tier sets how many agents can call from it.
Can I switch from a subscription to an owned licence later?
Yes. Open a ticket when you’re ready and we’ll quote the move for that server.
Can I start with 20 agents and grow?
Yes. Move up a calling tier whenever your customer’s team grows. Tell us the new agent count and we’ll update the licence.
Does the chat history need ICTDesk?
Yes. ICTERP shows the chats your team answers in ICTDesk, our live chat for websites. ICTDesk is billed on its own plan, from $12 a month.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and brand colours, a server or the details of where you’d like it hosted, and your carrier details if you’re adding calling. We’ll take it from there.
