The demo runs ICTERP with sample data for a made-up company, Greenfield Group, that sells products and also runs a college. Every login below uses the same password. Sign in as more than one role to see how each person’s screens differ.
Administrator

Sees every app: CRM, sales, invoicing, purchasing, stock, manufacturing, projects, HR, payroll, the website and the education apps. Try a quotation, then turn it into an invoice.
Sales and operations staff

A regular employee with sales, CRM, inventory, manufacturing and project access, but no accounting or settings. Good for seeing what your team would work with day to day.
Teacher

Timetable, class attendance, assignments, exams and the library. Mark attendance for a session or grade an assignment.
Student

The student portal: timetable, attendance, results, assignments and fees, all from one page in the browser.
Parent

The parent portal shows a child’s attendance, results and fees, so families don’t have to call the office to ask.

- It’s shared. Other visitors use the same logins at the same time, so please don’t enter real customer or student details.
- It resets every night. Anything you add is wiped and the sample data comes back fresh each day.
- Logins are locked. You can change almost anything, but not the demo passwords or user rights, and apps can’t be installed or removed. That keeps the demo working for the next person.
- Calling and chat aren’t connected here. Click-to-call through ICTContact and ICTDesk live chat need a phone system and chat account behind them. We’ll show them on a walkthrough or in a private trial.
- No emails go out. The demo can’t send mail, so invitations and notifications stay inside it.
