The Website app gives your company a site and an online shop that run on the same data as the rest of ICTERP. Products, prices and stock come from your catalogue, and orders land in Sales.
Make the site yours
A new site starts with sample content: a placeholder logo, phone number, email and footer text. Replace them before you share the address.
- Open Website from the apps menu. Your site opens with the editing tools.
- Press Edit, then click any text, image or block to change it. Drag new blocks in from the side panel.
- Press Save when you’re done.
The header, footer and colours are shared by every page, so you only change them once.
Put products in the shop
- Go to the product in Sales or Inventory and make sure it has a sales price and a picture.
- Open it on the website and switch it from Unpublished to Published.
The product now shows on your shop page, with its price.
Handle web orders
When a customer checks out, the order appears in Sales, and the customer is added to Contacts. From there it follows the same path as any other order: delivery, invoice and payment.
Your website address and the payment methods for the shop are set up with your provider. Ask them before you go live.
